As I have received messages from some people about the Board not letting them log in with old accounts they have not used for a long time, or when retrieving
forgotten passwords being told their email is invalid, or already in use, I've decided to post an explanation. These problems are in fact caused by the
board migration from ezboard to Yuku, and in some cases they are not solvable.
If you are unfortunate enough to suffer from these problems, then it probably just saves time and hassle for you to sign up for a new account.
You can if you wish submit a help request ticket to Yuku which you can do here, and they may be able to help more than I can.
I apologise for any issues. I know it is frustrating, but please don't let it put you off from participating in these forums.
